The building has two floors above ground with the guest rooms opening onto two service corridors and a lower ground floor with car parking, utilities and storage. The two wings allocated for the rooms are joined in large common areas which will be used for the lobby, lounge and various activities. The terracotta roof as well as the plastered façades and generous windows are in a traditional style. (sleeps 60)
