The site plan by Studio Ticozzi laid out two buildings. The first one onto the street with business premises and 2 /4 residential storeys. The second building set back, for residential use, with 5 or 6 storeys. The façades feature a portico and portals jutting out from the long buildings and the tower blocks. The two-layered roofs and gables resting on a deep shadow gap, obtained by setting back the face of the façade with a thin glass block structure, also make a big impact. (80 apartments and car showroom premises).
