The building is located in Viale Monza. The new front and side elevations are in line with the adjacent building’s front elevations. The new gable-end detail, to both sides, onto the two storey adjacent building was thoroughly re-designed and boasts quality of finishes and materials. The main elevation is face brick, while the recessed central part is white rendered. Steel parapets and pilasters emphasize the symmetry and geometric design of the façade, with the central part recessed in between the two face brick side volumes.
There are 16no units arranged around 2no stairwells, 2no below ground level floors, and a roof storage floor.
