Rehabilitation and expansion   

The original building (1950) comprised two adjacent single storey detached houses with garages and cellars underneath. The renovation and extension work raised the height of the building by 1 floor and a non-habitable loft area. The façade features an external iron staircase “crowned by an iron and methacrylate barrel structure”. The copper roof and two shades of pink render go well with the dark green colour of the visible ironwork (4 apartments).
