In the local strategic plan, the 108,000 m² area was set aside for production activities. The apportionment plan and the design then resulted in the construction of 36,000 mc of warehouses with adjacent offices. On the Milan-Venice motorway side, there are 2 office buildings, which are separate but similar: 3 storeys, full-height portals in acid yellow aluminium and back walls in green double glazing, external stairway in visible reinforced concrete and glass on the sides. The set- back building is allocated to laboratories and offices and has 1 big basement level for car parking and storage, 1 ground floor for offices and laboratories, and 1 further floor for laboratories and offices with 4 stairwells and lifts and ramps that can be driven up by light vehicles.
