In the local strategic plan, the 108,000 mc area was set aside for production activities. The apportionment plan and the design then resulted in the construction of 36,000 mc of warehouses with adjacent offices. On the Milan-Venice motorway side, there are 2 office buildings, which are separate but similar: 3 storeys, full-height portals in acid yellow aluminium and back walls in green double glazing, external stairway in visible reinforced concrete and glass on the sides. The set- back building is allocated to laboratories and offices and has 1 big basement level for car parking and storage, 1 ground floor for offices and laboratories, and 1 further floor for laboratories and offices with 4 stairwells and lifts and ramps that can be driven up by light vehicles.
