Preliminary draft of an Integrated Intervention Plan of an abandoned industrial area between via Pellegrino Rossi and via Scarsellini of 40,000 m². The project involved the sale of a large green public area, the creation of a stretch of the road through the town towards Bovisa. The residential part (65,000 m³) envisaged free, convention-related and subsidised building quotas. Towards the new underground stop, the “Esselunga” shopping centre (5,000 m²) was planned.
